The location was an absolute highlight, making it super easy to explore Munich on foot. It’s just a short walk to some great sights like Marienplatz and the Victuals Market. The room I stayed in was tidy and had a lovely ambiance, which made relaxing after a day of sightseeing enjoyable. However, the noise from outside on my second night was a bit unsettling. Despite that, the welcoming attitude of the reception staff made my stay easier, especially when I had to check out early.

Location's unbeatable, steps from the train station! Windows kept it quiet despite outside noise. Shared showers were clean. never a wait.

The toilet floor needed some disinfectant, and the shared bathroom experience could use improvement since you wait for someone to finish. The elevator's too tiny, requiring extra stair climbs that aren't fun with luggage. Also, the lack of air conditioning in the westward-facing room made nights uncomfortably warm.

We loved how close we were to everything in Munich, especially the central station! The family room was spacious and comfortable, and we were thrilled to find out that they were pet-friendly, allowing our small dog to join us. Plus, the staff made us feel really welcome after our long journey.
